To obtain a NEB transcript after completing Grade 12 in Nepal, follow these steps:

Eligibility: Ensure you have achieved at least a D grade in all theory subjects and a C grade in practical subjects. You can only apply for the transcript if you have not participated in any grade improvement exams.

NOTE: If you have any dissatisfaction with your marks then you can apply for Retotalling Process within 15 days from result published date. 

Wait Period: You must apply for the transcript 15 days after the publication of your results.

Required Documents:

Copies of your mark sheets for SEE (Secondary Education Examination), Grade XI, and Grade XII. If you do not have these, you can download and print them from the NEB website.
